Chang Fei Li

Chang is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of C & M Wealth. He specialises in Foreign Direct Investment into the UK. He advises international ultra-high net worth clients investing as part of the UK Tier 1 immigration programme.

Chang's career began in Tax World as a sales manager providing tax services. From there, he joined Bank of Ireland as a business development manager serving SMEs. He then worked in Canada Life, one of the largest financial institutions in Ireland, specialising in wealth management and investment portfolio building for high net worth individuals around the world.

Ming Chen

Ming is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA). He audited and advised a large portfolio of financial institutions and multinational companies. Ming has gained great experience and knowledge in statutory audit, risk control, financial analysis and tax planning.

Ming is the Financial Director and Co-Founder of C & M Wealth. He has approved and monitored over £30,000,000 in bridging loans since 2011.​ ​

Leigh Harwood

Leigh is the Head of Underwriting at C & M Wealth. Leigh's professional career began at GE Money as a litigation specialist. From there, he worked for Pepper Money UK as a Mortgage Underwriter and then at Alternative Bridging Corporation as a Bridging & Development Underwriter.​ ​

Leigh has worked for over 18 years in property and mortgage sector. His experience ranges from customer service, collections, case management, litigation to underwriting. Leigh also holds both CeMAP & CeRER qualifications.

Polly Lau

Polly is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and MBA with great exposure in retail, manufacturing and business services sectors before joining C & M Wealth as Financial Controller. ​ ​

She has extensive experience of partnering with the management team in cashflow management, cost control, data analysis and process improvement.

Ronnie Wong

Ronnie is an Office Manager at C & M Wealth. She has solid experience in executive and administrative support. She has worked in investment banking and listed companies in Hong Kong. She worked closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies and policies for improving operational effectiveness. ​

Her skills and knowledge range from administrative management, customer service, team support, account management, data analysis and reporting.

Sophie Rose

Sophie is an underwriter at C & M Wealth. Sophie’s professional career began at a whole of market brokerage where she started as a Customer Service Advisor. She then moved on to a more hands on Sales Admin role & finally into an underwriting role. Her duties included working on several products ranging from residential & BTL, bridging & secured loans.

Sophie has over 6 years’ experience in the property and mortgage sector. Her experience ranges from customer service, case management to underwriting.

Jack Zhang

Jack is an Accounts Assistant from C & M Wealth. He has a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. Currently, he is looking to complete his ACCA qualification
